So long story short I am waiting for my rebuilt shocks to arrive, had a scheduled delivery date of tuesday the 28th...Fast forward to today Sat the 2nd and they have not shown up yet. Now if yo track the package it has an arrival scan in Northampton at 6:45 pm on Monday the 27th.....I live about 45 min to an hour from this damn hub. The fedex customer service is a total joke. They say I can not drive to the hub and pick them up. I have tried to call the **** facility that holds my precious. But no answer. My question to you guys, and 2 girls is, what are my options? I did already file a complaint and got a case # and shit.....I want my money back for the shipping...I believe that is fair? Maybe more for the core charge? If anyone one of you say this is because covid 19 I'll smack you, They are deemed essential workers, as am I. End of rant.....


Fed-X SUCKS..!!! and will NEVER use them..problem is alot of companies do use them because they are "cheaper"... which leads me to believe you get what you pay for....and THEY will never make good on anything.>!! And when you try to get thru all the BS and forms on their website...GOOD LUCK..!!
Not a part for my Raptor,but had a large "collectable" sent from an Auction company appx. 6ft long,maybe 50 lbs.Auction company did the BEST DAMN packing job I've even seen...and I've been dealing with auction companies for 40+ years..!!
Fed-X driver shows up cigarette hanging out of his mouth,telling me what a bitch it was to load the box up and can I help him...Now I just had Back Surgery about 6 months earlier,but only needed to move it a few feet up my front steps....I'm walking backwards up the 3 steps and he pushes so hard I fall on my ass.....OK..I lived,but point is,what if I wasnt home...?? You loaded it,why do I have to help unload....
He leaves,I open box and item is damaged.....So I call auction co. and they tell me to file a claim and they will stand behind me since they know how well it was packed....2 weeks later and being run around by Fed-X (you need to be a professor to fill out their forms)...they deny the claim saying it wasnt packed right.....If you read their forms I'd say NOTHING would be packed right for them,its their OUT......So Auction company puts in a claim and says once paid they will send back to me...THEY get denied...!!!
They finally put claim thru their Insurance Co. and wer paid in 2 days..!!! and THEY will not use Fed-X anymore.>!!
Did I mention,FED-X SUCKS???;)

Worst shipping experience I’ve ever had - DHL. Undelivered oncology results for a family member. Completely lost. Oncologist will not discuss by phone, or at least the office staff wouldn’t. I get the tear sobbing phone call which I can’t make out. I’m totally f888ing lost at this point. I was at the shooting range and had to walk FOR EVER to be able to hear enough to make a call back, that was no help, she wasn’t able to speak. I manage to call a neighbor, and 15 minutes later i get that she’s waiting for oncology test results, DHL has no idea where the package is, or any record of it. I get on the phone to the oncologist, first his office staff, then his office manager, and finally I page him. by now it’s like 8 PM, and I’m a bit ... well, furious. Of course, the Doc has no idea what’s going on, but hears my story, agrees to call her and update her. Fortunately, the news was good, but the not knowing is exceedingly uncomfortable.

I commented that I thought his office staff was uncaring, unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, insensitive and ********. We got a call the next day from the office manager apologizing for being rude, inconsiderate and insensitive.

About Wed. the next week, DHL delivered the envelope with the printed results and photos.

There's what the raw ones look like, been on for two years no issues. I did have to email tuffskinz and have them adjust the key pad hole. Guess they can vary from truck to truck.

I’ve come to the conclusion that all of the shipping companies suck, and most of the delivery drivers are morons. Like you, EMB driver, I’m out of town a lot. I spend every major holiday out of the country and because my wife travels to where I am quite often, we use several vacation holds a year.

Every trip, without fail, one of the delivery companies will still deliver something despite the hold. Most of the time I get to spend 30-40 minutes on hold, on an international call with customer service, just to get the idiots to come back out and pick up the package. Sometimes, they’ll just flat out refuse and say it’s not their problem.

Unfortunately, I can’t ask my elderly neighbors to come over and collect 40 pound boxes of Black Friday ammo that showed up 3-4 months later, so a little professionalism would be nice...

Can't fix stupid......I am amazed at the fact how simple instructions are so hard to follow.......

Update! Now being May 3rd I got an email from fed sex this morning stating that my shipment will arrive April 29th.......I am currently at a loss of words for this situation.
