Got the new truck off road today, out on what my friends and I call "ghetto roading",,,,basically some grassy hills in the middle of Oakland. The truck was phenomenol,,,,I can honestly say I do not miss my old truck anymore. But, during steep climbs the low oil pressure warning would come on and the engine would stop. Roll back down hill, light turns off, restart engine, climb the hill much quicker and all is good. The oil level is/was good, so is this normal?

Welcome! And yeah, I'd have that looked at.

if you can, get video of the problem. some of the dealership mechanics will just check it out and say its fine. if you have video proof of what happened, then maybe it can help them find the issue, and make them work harder to find the problem.

Yep Oakland California,,,,,there is something besides shootings there. If I could figure out how to post video I would put it up

and of course my new exhaust is delivered today while my truck sits at the dealership. So sad.
