Exterior Door Handle seal falling out

Within the last week I've noticed this happening on my driver's side door handle. I may mention I to my local dealer, but I figure it isn't anything to worry about and unless they replace the bead of silicone with some sort of more permanent gasket then I'm only buying more time until having to visit the dealer again.
