svc will take care of you. to the OP, the SVC bumps are adjustable, unlike others. I keep mine set in the highest setting. Having them there gives me a little more than an inch of additional up travel. right now, sprung over my truck cycles a little more than 22" in the rear with the traction bars.

SVC it is.. lol

Does SVC sell the Deavers in 3+ HD? Or do you guys recommend something else?

I plan on hauling camping equipment for the trip. This truck doesn’t get used frequently because I’m mostly in Iraq but when I’m home it’s the go to trip vehicle hauling a filled yeti 110 cooler, luggage, and three kids. As far as I’ve seen the 3+ HD gives you an inch lift and is made for 400lbs of payload. I don’t want the truck to look more lifted from the back.

Or do the new 3.0 live valve coil overs fix that?

Svc can get you deavers too. I run the +3HD. I normally have anywhere from 250-900 lbs in the "bed" on runs to Baja. I started with the +3s and with that much weight in the bed, they only lasted a year. I then tried icon springs and broke them within a couple hundred miles. I went back to deaver and went with a +3HD this time. They haven't sagged a 1/8" even though I've been carry about 800 lbs in the bed for the last 1000 dirt miles that they've been on the truck.

Would I have to contact them about the +3HD because I don’t see an option on their website for the deavers. Do you have coil overs on your rig?

I’m curious to know what you’re running all together in your truck, as far as mods, since we share a similar interest

I run +4. Much better than the +3s in my case

I believe the +3HD give you the same height as the +4SD if I remember correctly. I’d need the HD for payload though that’s the only caveat for me. How do you like your deavers? And what are you rolling with, as far as suspension, on the front end?

He has done TOO many mods to list. Search @zombiekiller build thread and give yourself time to read the whole thing!

If you click the link in my signature, you'll see my build thread. But yes, you just need to call svc . It isn't a terrible idea to call them anyway. I'd take the time to discuss what they'd recommend based on what you want to be doing with the truck.

What I'm basically doing is "adventure driving" until I feel confident that I can handle racing and would be competitive. The step after this one is buy a race car and start training, begging for crew volunteers and potentially selling my sould to a sponsor.

Don’t forget draining your bank account and remortgaging your house a couple times.
