If you push down on top of the actuator when you hear the rattle, it stops, at least on mine. I replaced springs, actuators, and was about to order a new muffler with valves assembly, but I’m afraid I’ll end up with another exhaust rattle… just seems so hit and miss with people getting it fixed just to have it come back. Just pulled the trigger on AWE. Fingers crossed no more rattle, and hopefully it will sound even better. I don’t think YouTube videos do justice to the sounds. We’ll see.

My exhaust rattle came back a few days after it was repaired. It sounds terrible on cold start. Brought it back in early march and the dealer worked with ford and ford engineers concluded they don’t know what to do to fix it and they were waiting to see if other ‘25s have the same issue. I called ford myself this week and they said to bring it back to the dealer, leave it there, and they would look into it further. Ford put me in a sweet rental, Kia Forte…slightly larger than a skateboard. If I learn what fixes it, I’ll report back.

I just got my truck back with the same issue, they took care of it. I haven't realized how much it rattled even when warm and driving around until I got the truck back. It's almost too quiet I have to turn the Baja mode on.
Says they replaced the actuator, spring and PCM program. The normal mode now seems quieter. (Exhaust tone)

My 2024 is rattling as well. Have not had a chance to bring it in. Hopefully I’ll get in next week for them to let me what they’re going to do.
