Exhaust rattle on cold start?

Took some pics of mine and what I assume is the problem. The rubber insulator seems ripped on one side. Also you can see the soot from exhaust leak

FYI, I got my truck back last week and TSB 22-2388 was what they used. It fixed my rattle and now it sounds perfect.

When I heard your video, an exhaust leak was my first thought. Mine rattled... then was replaced, now rattling again. Sounded completely different.

Good to hear. I called my dealer and they ordered the parts. Said they would schedule me once the parts were in.
I asked how long it would take, and they said 1 to 1-1/2 hours... any feedback on timing from your service?

Just took mine in yesterday for spring actuators and they reflashed the ECU...still rattles. Going back today

dropped my truck off for the exhaust TSB, clunk suspension SSM and Carplay APIM update - advisor says we cant put the TSB and SSM numbers in the service request unless we can diagnose ourselves...fingers crossed

the exhaust parts will be here tomorrow, APIM carplay updated but shocks are still being tested. Truck was dropped off last friday AM 7am but they just started working on it wednesday. I was checking in the vehicle location in fordpass, sat in same spot since friday at 7:30am.

Doing same thing (exhaust and APIM). Just dropped off this AM. Should be done before end of day.
