The service fix is in process. They’ve indicated that once it’s available there will be a service message released to dealers. Not sure what’s taking them so long though.
Do you think they are dragging their feet because the rattle does not affect drivability and therefore they have other issues they are trying to work out? Or, is it really that complicated of an issue? If they would just come out and say either way, it might stop some of the grumbling.

Can you post the full TSB with the number? The published one is still from July.

It looks like Ford doesn't plan on doing anything about it.... "This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service"

That date is old or has not been updated. FTO posted text which included changing out actuator valve springs.

That was the only one that I found relating to the exhaust for a 2022. There is a heat shield issue noted, but it does not appear to be associated with the rattle.

Hopefully somebody has an updated bulletin that i am not seeing.

The TSB number is 22-2388. It was released 12/19/22. It’s proprietary, so the a dealer bulletin it shouldn’t be posted externally/publicly. Dealers can find it by simply running OASIS symptom coded to exhaust noise.

Thanks. I want to at least give them the number if asked. Mine is in the shop right now having a Drive Control Fault fixed. Might as well have them take care of the rattle.
