Exhaust outlet options?

I just want to retain the reverse sensors, plate mount, trailer hitch setup, and trailer hitch connector bracket.

Anything frame cut for the rear can’t reuse the oem hitch. The whole unit moves up like 4”.

I know that, I'm just saying I want a bumper that still offers a hitch setup.

I'm thinking when I do the dovetailing I'll be mounting the exhaust in a similar location as what Porter's is. Besides doing an over the axle dump I'm not sure what else can be done for a "low profile" exhaust outlet that it wouldn't get damaged going over some rocks.
