Estimated Delivery Dates Getting Pushed!

Hey folks, after the news that the KC F150 plant was shutting down due to new chip shortages, it come as no surprise that Est. Delivery Dates are getting pushed!

Four of the trucks I've been following had a Est. Delivery for 08/22 & 08/23 now have all been pushed to 09/06. Additionally, only 1 of the 4 had a tonneau cover.

Thats a bummer to hear. Yours was 8/28 right? It hasnt affected yours yet?

Originally mine was 08/18 pushed to 08/28 about 10 days ago.

I have a build week of 9/20 and, according to my dealer, a delivery week of 10/11. Maybe too far out to be pushed.

This has no impact on raptor production or delivery. They are only made in DTP.

All Raptors...3 were built on 07/28 & 1 on 08/10. Mine was also built on 07/28.

All these trucks that have been sitting are also Pre Auto Start/Stop option deletes....so maybe the Post Auto Start/Stop option trucks will start shipping asap?

Could be a transportation availability issue not and not due to production.

A chip shortage that causes one F150 plant to shut down would not affect another plant? Please explain?
