I think you are talking about the Breitling Emergency, it's great but expensive and the beacon is not for off-road use! I had one and they make you sign a waiver saying that you know the beacon is for aviation emergencies only.

I think it's a $10k fine if you use it without being in danger. Breitling makes some great watches though. Did you get rid of yours?

Yes the fine is something like that I forget just how much. Yes I traded it in for a Super Avenger with a blue mother of pearl face and diamond bezel.
