That’s what I was picturing when I read your message. You need something to stick in the hole (Socket extension, large screwdriver, large piece of all thread, etc) and then hammer down one or both sides. It would be sloppy, but probably good enough to limp it off the trail.

You can drive without the sway bar link, I would unbolt the other side while you are under there. Did you do the camber bolts yourself or a shop?

Brake Check back in Houston did the camber adjustment kit for my alignment, and just told me to keep all my receipts and they will cover me. Matt with Moab Mobile Mechanics is trying to get parts to fix it in place. Luckily, I limped the truck to open level ground.
San Juan deputy picked us up after 1am and brought us to the hotel. Got here at 4:45am.

I own Seaside Superbikes in Monterey CA. I don't post here maby never have. Just wanted to say that Im glad you are OK! We are all human beings, so inherently make errors. It sounds like the shop is going to do the next right thing and take care of their mistake. I appreciate the fact that you remained cool, calm and collected during your unfortunate breakdown. Thank You for not bashing the repair shop! What separates the men from the boys is how the mistake is handled after your incident..✌..Glad you didn't own a motorcycle as this situation in my business can easily lead to severe bodily injury and or death! Have a great day!

Now I understand how to operate on this forum! Yay! I am happy to have fellow Raptor owners who enjoy their experiences with each other. I will update my profile and re-introduce myself later today! I have received an abundant amount of information from everyone in this forum and want to say Thanks. I will start over and get my truck pictures, modifications and personal experiences from this point on. I love this forum and everyone who has helped me without even knowing it!

Apologies for the dumb question but what do the camber adjustment kit used for? Did you lift your truck?

What part of the trail? I did the white rim last year with just my wife and I, so this hits home. Glad it’s being resolved and no one got hurt. The lower LCA bolts are a pretty high torqued bolt if I remember. Makes me wonder if it got over tightened or not enough. My profile pic is from that trip btw.
