Took my 2013 SCAB for window tint including windshield stripe. Got the truck back and the auto dim mirror was unplugged. No biggie, plugged it back in.

Next day, the sync / touch screen system is unresponsive. It turns on, but does not respond to touch. The rest of the physical radio buttons seem to work fine.

Power sliding rear window does not work.

Rear defroster works, but the light does not come on.

Surely there is a wiring issue or fuse... I am using this fuse map, is it correct?

Any thoughts as to what it could be?

That sucks, should of made them figure it out. Those are the 2 fuse locators, so hopefully you found one of the fuses blown, not sure how they would blow a fuse doing window tint unless they yanked on some wires up above the windshield.

of course he said he had nothing to do with it. can't make him fix something, he is definitely not an expert on electrical stuff either so he had no idea what to do. still haven't fixed anything yet.

I have replaced a few fuses but it did nothing. It's been raining cats and dogs all week and the truck is outside. Hopefully will clear up this week and I can get under there and check everything.

well I replaced the sync 2 system with sync 3 and that fixed the issue for the screen not being responsive. That means it was the digitizer that went bad on the original system.
I got the sync 3 system from ebay, but this installation video was perfect.

The sliding rear glass was also fixed by replacing the physical switch on the ceiling panel.
Video and parts link here:

The rear glass defroster still does not work, but I think it's an issue with the connectors not getting adequate contact. Working on that one this week.

Do your heated mirrors still work? They won't work if the end switch in the rear glass doesn't make contact, such as if you have the rear window open a little bit the mirrors won't heat up.
