i had avs inchannel in both my rangers with good luck but didnt have to worry about the auto features on the raptor. if i cant get the inchannel to work well ill got without.I had the AVS guards on for a couple years. They worked great, I just wasn't crazy about the looks. I just installed the WeatherTech guards recently. The look for me is great, but it did take a while for them to settle in properly. Roll the window up and down SLOWLY a few times and then let 'em sit for a bit. The rear guards have a little adhesive that goes up in the seal to hold them in place, but the front use a little hook on the bottom next to the A pillar (again not the best look, but not too noticeable)
The 3M tape holding the AVS's up kicked my butt since I didn't have goo gone or anything fancy like that. They were stuck on so good they broke off in pieces as I pulled them off (granted it was pretty cold here in Colorado as I did this)
There is more space and coverage from the AVS's if heaven forbid you are smoking in your Raptor, but WeatherTech give ample fresh air without a ton of noise or any wet stuff.
