not really, I am rather agree with @Pancake1291 these actuators are not strong for an intensive use , depend if your raptor is a daily , mine is not but I disabled it, I guess I am not enough old for this option . Perhaps in few times, actuator will be "stick" for non use :Big Laugh:
It has nothing to do with "not enough old" whatever that means. Its a convenience feature of the truck that is meant to be used and I want it to work right. Saying disable it so you wont wear it out is stupid.

That's a matter of option. I personally don't want my seat moving back and forth every time I want to get in and out. Set it and forget it.

I have the same issue with my 2022 Raptor. It has a mind of its own, works sometimes, sometimes not. It's annoying as I happen to like the feature. I have a severe spinal injury, and it makes getting in and out a lot easier. Like you, I want it to work. I've had it into the dealership twice, and they tell me it's working fine. I get home and it's the same ole thing again. This post reminded me that I need to make an appointment for it,,, again... Good luck my friend.

I've noticed the same problem on my '20 Raptor. Worked flawlessly until a week or two ago and now the seat doesn't want to return to the drive position. I like the feature as it makes it easier to get out without rubbing the edge of the seat which leads to premature wear. I got used to this feature with BMW as they've done this for a long time. I may try the battery based on all the comments regarding battery
