I have a 2019 Porsche 911 and I installed the DSC controller and I noticed a marked improvement in handling. I am assuming the same for our Raptors. As an FYI I don't have any agreement or relationship to say this other than a happy user.

Appreciate it! Glad you enjoyed the controller!

@DSC Sport

I was curious if you could explain without giving away any trade secrets of course on how your system can make the additional computations of the data stream from the existing onboard telemetry if nothing has changed.

Simply put, is your system making more calculations than the OEM with the same volume of input?

The competition has added an additional gyro that apparently increases the sensitivity and data points being collected to make more calculations thus better performing live valves.

Appreciate your input and offering an alternative.
I'd also want to hear @DSC Sport speak on this. I, however, DO NOT want a vendor shitz show. When I cross shop new vehicle purchases, I simply need to know whats under the hood and between the chassis and the rubber.

Its actually pretty simple how the system works. The Factory system is semi-active so each driving mode is sending a fixed current output to each shock resulting in a static stiffness by mode while driving. So then as the mode changes, the amperage output to the shock will vary. However with our controller we are able to monitor all of the vehicles sensors on high-speed CAN of the truck. And with that monitoring, we are able to create an more active suspension that will alter the amperage output to the shocks as you drive and suspension conditions change. The result is an active suspension setup that provides more grip to the tire, greater stability and ride control, and increased comfort for all driving styles and road conditions.

In regard to your comment on the gyro. The factory sensors that come in these cars are so advanced at this point there is no need to add an addition one. We do have kits for other older cars that we do the same and add an auxiliary accelerometer and gyro, but that when the factory system of the time isn't nearly as good. For the newer cars, we found there isn't any benefit to adding another.

Maybe this has been asked? I can't remember.

How does this work with front and rear spring changes and different ride heights?

I know the system is still new, but have there been any real world feedback regarding offloading? Most reviews I've read / seen is on road. Dirt, whoops, rocks, jumps? Thanks!

All compensations for these changes are available within our free to sue tuning software. You are able to adjust the dampening to better suit aftermarket springs. As well as calibrating the new ride height on the truck itself.

Excellent info; appreciate the insight. Just wanted to confirm that your system was getting the quantity of fresh data to keep up with the calculations your system was outputting to the live valves. Very excited to hear some extended off road experiences! Thanks again.

Hopefully more user experience should be surfacing for off road use soon. However in the mean time, I can tell you about our R&D we did at the Rally Ranch in Texas. We went there with the specific goal in mind to abuse the truck as much as possible off road to get the best calibration we could upon release. Here is a quick clip of our truck doing some dirt testing and jumps around their track. The truck handles the weight transfers and slides amazingly without losing confidence in the chassis. You can see in the video how balanced the truck, the tune was able to minimize body roll as much as possible here. And as for the jumps/whoops on this course, the truck was able to absorb it without unsettling the suspension and still being able to maintain throttle and continue through the section.

Just on your site. Black Friday sale 20% off shocks, but nothing on the controllers? How come?
