You'd also think that if Ford is aware of the issue that they're making the fix at the factory before sending it to dealers.
They are aware of it, no new Raptors being built will have the issue, possibly ones that have been sitting in storage lots waiting on chips, that's it. Dealers are suppose to inspect all new vehicles and perform the rivet repair now before customers take delivery.

Just had mine in for service. I waited and got lucky. The insulator just started to detach but no damage to driveshaft at all. They performed the recall bulletin. I also had the DCACA reprogrammed to get rid of the horrendous fan noise! Dealership was great. Knew a manager there and tried it for first time.

They told me I could come get it but I’ll have to sign something saying that I know it’s dangerous… I’m considering it, based on the photos I took there doesn’t seem to be any difference in depth against the part where it isn’t rubbing.

Just really impatient…

Did my picture look worse than yours? Really would’ve loved to have that as an option. Might call them up and see if I can do that.
Mine looked very similar to yours. Once they secured the insulation panels, my dealership didn't even suggest that I would have to leave it until the drive shaft arrived.

Guess I’ll ask for the service manager or mechanic manager to make a better call on it. Maybe just got a tech that made a judgement call when they saw the rubbing.

First year buyers…. I salute you for being testers so that future buyers get units with the bugs worked out!

I had my 3 recalls completed today and now I have a bit of oil dripping from the driveshaft. The service writer said they had to lower the front of the driveshaft to get the rivets in place. I've wiped it off for now and will check back in the coming days to see how it looks. Maybe it was just from the removal / reinstall and it will solve itself.

I had mine in for the recalls about 2 weeks ago. It failed due to a “mark” on the driveshaft from the insulation. They gave me an F150 and told me it could be several weeks till they receive a replacement driveshaft. 4 days later they called and said my truck was done. I guess I got lucky.
