I can't offer any insight but I can tell you I share the same issue. Have not been able to find anything wrong either. Mine clunk hard enough to be concerning but I live with it since I don't have a choice.

Same here. Dealership had my truck for a week and all they had to say is "it's normal". Kinda ******** when you spent over $50k for a truck but I guess if something breaks the dealership will have to deal with it.

I had a similar issue after I got a mid perch done. When I had the steering wheel turn sharp oneway it would pop. I had the stealership do an alignment and they didn't even notice the issue either. Then one day I was at a convenient store sitting in front of my Raptor and I noticed aluminum shaving on one of the shock bolts. I look to the other side and noticed that bolt was facing inward. Yep the asses that done mid-perch put the bolt in backwards. Took in back to the 4x4 shop & they re-addressed the issue and I ended up getting new wheels out of the deal. Though I was highly pissed. Hopefully that's not your issue. Good Luck.

I've have the exact same issue with my 13 for months. I don't have this fixed yet, but plan to soon. It's getting more and more annoying every month.

On my last routine service at dealership, I mentioned this issue to my service advisor along with TSB 13-7-7.
They looked it up and printed off a copy of TSB 14-0090 which supersedes 13-7-7.

I included a PDF (Attached Files) with all 3 pages.
