My truck is currently at the dealer. I was told by the service manager that roughly 2 weeks ago ford came out with a TSB for the drive shaft on the SCAB's. They did their first one last weekend.

they are currently waiting for the shim kit to do mine.

I have a weird noise in the left rear when going slow. Finally put it on the hoist. Can move the left rear wheel and tire about a 1/16 of an in side to side, and up and down. Not just in and out like a "c" clip would do. Dealer is going to tear it apart next week.

Mine made a couple huge rearend clunks today when getting on the throttle after coasting. Sick of going to the dealer and them not doing anything.

I went to the dealer after noticing mine made that noise I then went through entire lot and made every brand new f150 and raptor do the same exact thing buy grabbing top of tire and forcefully pulling and pushing tire.....about 10 trucks did and I finally got bored/convinced it was normal to have play in the back drive shaft.

I drive mine like I stole it waiting for something to break and I could use my extended 100k bumper to bumper coverage!

Well mine goes in and out too if pushed hard enough. That motion in the video was literally like checking for a bad ball joint or tierod in the front by only wiggling the wheel side to side and up and down. Weird because it's the rear.

still getting the drive line clunk when shifting from park to reverse. This will only happen if the truck is placed in park from drive, so basically the drive line is tensioned forward for lack of a better term. I will get the clunk the first time going to reverse, but if I shift back to park, then try to duplicate it will not do it.

I have to think there is slop somewhere from the driveshaft back, any ideas where it is and how to fix. The dealer has already tried the rear end TSB which I think just consisted of a few re-torques.
