Drew had my 15 year old son’s 1997 T100 for 2 1/2 years here are the before and After pictures. My son’s grandfather passed away and gave him his T100 and a small amount of money he used to hire Drew’s Fab. Drew picked up The T100 December 2021 and brought it to his shop in Madera. Drew has stripped the truck of both stock parts and brand new parts that my son had purchased for Drew to install on the truck. My son has paid him over $15,000 and Drew will not return $5,000 in parts he kept. In June 2024, we finally had to go up and tow the truck home. We have all the invoices and proof of payment.
My son has a truck with the transmission and the engine in the bed of the truck, no front wheels and tires, no suspension and no money.IMG_8451.jpeg

Cost so much $$ to sue anymore and you get zero dollars just a judgement. Don’t think he is finding many new victims; internet feedback matters. Good luck to all and hopefully he gets what is coming and there are no new victims from our group.

What is the update on everyone's refunds or parts? I didn't know any of this was happening but I did order a rear, front and 3rd Brake Light and they all came in time. These were ordered in seperate orders roughly 1 month from eachother. I was even able to get them installed at his orange county location. I didn't know this stuff was happening until someone commented on my Facebook reel of my rear bumper install. Looks like the dude grew to fast and couldn't fill the shoes for a while but it all seems to be running smooth now. I was introduced to his work by a buddy and I have referred him to friends and none of us have had any issues.

So yeah, basically looking to see if people got their refunds or their parts delivered out of curiosity.

I'm still waiting on my order from 2023. But he's going to have it to me "soon", "very soon", "working on it", "I'll have it out asap". This shit has been going on for 14+ months.

So no, not running smooth now.

In the Toyota forum, someone posted a total of his running complaints.
"Value of Parts not delivered = $16,270 (est)
Value of custom fabrication paid for and not done correctly = $36,200 (est)"

Wow. Yeah, I did see on some of the toyota forums that some people did get their stuff that's why I was trying to figure out the status overall. I also would say it is not running smooth for the old orders, but the new orders seem to be going smooth. It is some bull crap that the older orders are not being taken care which will continue to deter new clients. The product is great which makes this whole situation worse. Thanks for your feedback om your ongoing situation.

He switched shopping carts when he stopped paying the loan that he took out that was auto-debiting from a bank account tied to that shopping cart. He got sued for that and lost. From the last update on the lawsuit I saw they are still trying to collect from him.

I don't think he exported any of the orders from the old shopping cart before shutting it down, so if there are any unfulfilled orders, he's just blowing those people off with zero plans to deliver. I am not sure how many there are but at least a few dozen if not more from the number of people I've talked to. The total for the people I've talked to is at least a few thousand.

On top of that, he was selling items at such a deep discount that the cost of materials plus the Baja Designs lights meant there was no profit. So I don't think he plans on fulfilling those orders as there's no profit in them. He's probably also lost his Baja Designs wholesale account (if he had one). So he'd have to pay retail for the Baja Lights just to fulfill orders. Which I doubt he's going to do.

Overall the dude stole from a lot of people including a bank, to achieve his "success". So I wouldn't refer anyone to him. No matter how good his products are now.

Sorry for the late response. I don't get notifications when someone replies. Firstly, man that was a Rollercoaster of information. I don't know anything about the lawsuit which I'll try to look up. Regarding the loan lawsuit, being a business owner, whether he is being sued, was sued, lost or won, that doesn't effect my decision because I have taken loans out that I have gone to court over because of covid shutdowns that I was not able to oay back at the time and am now on a payment plan.

Now for the people that have unfulfilled orders, I reiterate that it is bull crap if he is not filling these orders. I have seen enough people make complaint of similar issues to agree with you that there is a dozen or so plus the cost of each product should be roughly a few thousand owed. I get your standpoint on things but this is a similar argument to why buy a phone when it is made by child labor & unlivable wages. "X company does bad thing to make a product. Does this mean you will stop purchasing it?" I am very sympathetic, but I, unfortunately for all those who are upset with this company, have only had good experiences and will continue to use Drew's. I'll also be sending him screen shots about all of this and ask if he has intentions to remedy any of this. Thank you for all the information.
