Heading from Vegas to Bullhead City on 93 it’s between the Kingman Wash exit and the Willow Beach turn off on the right hand side. Unmarked dirt road. I don’t recall the nearest mile marker #

It is crystal clear. It’s coming out of the bottom of Hover Dam. The water is a constant 55…. Burrrrrr
