From the drivers side door seal. this is from my foot hitting the seal...I called ford today to see if they sold the yellow plastic push pins as the seal is fine and of course they don't. They come with the seal and its $150 from ford, $100 online. Tried to pull them out but seems impossible. Does anyone know how to either take these out so I can reinsert them or if there is a equal push pin that I can use?

those are similiar to the clips that hold the door lock rod in place. they were not designed to really come out. but a small pic set will get them out without damaging them. the trick is to keep the clip in the center and release the one side that has the release

i have the same issue. I wet the seal with spit and then i can slide them back on with some force using a flathead screwdriver. Place the screwdriver behind the pin and force the wet seal over the pin . Same as you, they slide out of the seal because my boot hits them when exiting the truck.

All through my warranty period I would note this faulty rubber button-strip and each time I picked-up my truck it would not be properly fixed. I'm way out of warranty nowadays but for some reason, I flipped-out over it last month when I was in the dealership, I really nailed them over that chicken-shit item that bugs lots of Raptor owners.

So...they replaced it free of charge! Go figure.

I had the same problem. Use some needle nose pliers to wiggle out the yellow plugs.

I do the same thing every couple months but luckily the dealer always fixes it for free.
