GEN 1 Does anyone know what this empty clip is?

Airbag light keeps coming on randomly. Started looking under the passenger seat and think I found the loose part on the seat track. As I was searching around I saw this empty clip. Am I missing anything. Drivers side does not have the clip.

Looks like you have a scab op and that cable is connected to the seat belt in the bottom of the rear door, vs the bottom of the belt on the seat in a screw.

Thanks for the pics. I'll have to take the seat out and do some further investigating. Looks like i'm missing that whole piece.



Where is your seatbelt? Take a pic of that..should have a plug

Ha. That makes sense, nice work. So op needs a pic of a scab seat. Maybe thats how it is...

Yes, I do have a Scab.

Yes that makes sense, originally when seatbelt clip was brought up I had thought of the buckle plugging into it.
