I have an 800a I ordered back in early November. My question is if I upgrade it to a 801a will I lose the lower pricing and my place in line? Read there is like a 3 or 4k increase in pricing. Thanks for the help!

Yes they’ll need to resubmit and would be subject to the increases. There really isn’t a place in line, orders are being selected by commodity availability and dealer allocations.

You should be reaching out to the dealer with these questions. Yes you’ll pay the increase. Also, the less options the better chance at being built ASAP (assuming your dealer has allocations). Like bed liner is on a 20 week back order with Ford.

If I understand it correctly, I won't get the 3500 dollar increase as long as they enter it today?

Stick with the 800A I was back and forth as well after I ordered my 800A, the seats look great in person, The headlights are quad LED and blacked out on the interior surround and look really good. Definitely get torsen and convienence (360 cam a must)which gives you the fog lights, rear under seat storage, tow package, 360 camera, work surface etc. Honestly the only thing I truly miss from the 801A would be the heated steeringwheel, kinda sucks that isnt included. But 800A really is a loaded truck now, the leather again looks great in person and the 12" screen is amazing. I didnt want the tailgate applique or graphics or sunroof, not a fan of this Gen carbon fiber option and my 800A was $68.5K $10k-$15K less than most 801A out there not included any possible ADM, which I wouldnt pay...

Increase is about $4,180 on base if your order is from November. Like others said I think it’s too late, either way if you resubmitted there’s a possibility your order won’t get picked up for MY 2022 and you’d need to resubmit 2023 anyway (at whatever price is at that time).

I like mine as well, was $66.8k OTD which seems crazy now. Been beating on it since September. 801a seems like a better value now especially with $4k base increase and the lower 801a option by $1,400. Probably would just recommend 801a if a friend asked.

True with the blue cruise deduct, a no option 801A is less than $2k delta of 800A with torsen/conv
