I know not many Gen 2's fit in any car washes but have been told that Gen 1's do fit most. Any affirmations?

My GEN1 is too wide for any of the automated car washed around (Oregon) here, it fits in a old-fashion car wash bay, of course. I use my power washer at the house.

Talked to our local one and they said NO PROBLEM.....but...its way more fun to get up close and personal with your baby, foam it up and blow dry it....and best part is it ****** off the GF...they tend to get Jealous when they see you blow drying your Raptor with a leaf blower...my GF just shakes her head...:insane:

If you have an in at one of the oversized automated washes for big rigs you can always use one of those.

Even if you don't have an in it wouldn't hurt to ask.

With that said, why? Those things ruin paint.

Most of the automatic ones around me will not fit it. Furthermore, with the high pressure water, i'm concerned if it will damage the matte vinyl on the truck. Best to do the manual ones or wash it at home.

Before we left Colorado we would run our Yukon through an automatic touchless wash. It did a great job.

If memory serves me, isn't there an In-n-Out in HB?
There is, but it's pretty weak relative to most others. And if you dine in, you'll spend 5 minutes trying to figure out which Raptor is yours when you leave.
