From what I'm researching and talking to ford customer care, it seems like something fishy going on with the ABS. With all the brake codes coming and and could also explain why I heard loud humming/high pitch noise from the rear end, maybe the abs kicked in and was trying to lock out the rear and it only locked out once I got to a slow enough speed. No signs of fluid or anything broken below
