I was just about to post after a brief internet search.
I’ve not heard of this before, and we have surely had users who have not driven the truck for long periods. The torque news article seems to indicate the meaning of the message is that the remote connection and ‘connectivity’ services are being throttled to prevent battery loss. The article seems to be indicating a sleep period of 14 days, so if -that- is an issue, you should be able to use Ford Pass to schedule a vehicle start for a few minutes every 13 days or so if you’re not going to be driving - assuming you’re parked where you can start the truck.
