Yeah, it would have been nice if they would have made the sound a little more distinctive from the backup system. I hear it so infrequently that I have a short wtf moment when it goes off.

I think that's the point ...

FYI, don’t think it was mentioned, but the 360 cam is not one camera if you might have not been aware. But rather the system uses the front, rear and side mirror camera’s all together and creates the Birdseye 360 view. For the price and in the grand scheme of total cost of the vehicle, I probably wouldn’t buy any new vehicle without this option today. I find the uses just to valuable.

does the 360 camera work with the mirrors folded? I am about to buy an 802a agate black supercab and after taking some measurements I found that I can squeeze in the garage with the mirrors in the folded position but was not sure if the cameras would work with that configuration

Good question. Maybe but may change the view angle some. I can probably test it out for you.

Folding in the mirrors isn’t buying you that much space over the width of the fenders. Sounds like a very tight garage. I’ve got a 16 foot door and will have to share that bay with my wife’s SUV. I think the tow mirrors on my Dodge 2500 stick out farther than the Raptor mirrors, but I won’t know until my order arrives.

I've since gotten my truck and confirmed for myself the camera works with the mirrors folded. I am able to fit the truck through the 8 foot wide door bays with the mirrors folded though it is a tight fit with only about an inch on each side to spare. I have plenty of length but the way I like to park in the garage is at an angle so I usually pull in straight and slant to the right that way I have plenty of space on each side if I am working on my cars and also since I use quickjacks I need space on each side to position them and dont want to be right up against the wall.

I know most houses are built nowadays with 2 eight foot doors and its suppose to look better but I wish I had a single 16' wide door would make life easier with this truck.

Yes - Doesn't affect view
