Keep in mind the Front Diff (w/Torsen limited slip front axle) requires 4 oz of Additive Friction Modifier XL-3 or equivalent.

Did they bring this back again on gen3’s? I thought the raptors all had open front diff now & tremors got the torsen?

I am tackling this in a month or so at 30k; contemplating doing a transmission flush at same time while i do my own work. Truck has been trouble free other than one front strut replaced under warranty at 8k; i plan on keeping it a while.

Three years and 45K. I'd do it by the 50K mark. Just my personal opinion - I'm something of a fluid maintenance fanatic.
I'll be replacing the OEM diff cover on my 2024 F150 Raptor next month with the Ford Performance diff cover. What lubricant would you recommend? Something better than OEM oil?
