Deaver rear leaf springs

BIRD, you should threaten to sue deaver for copyright infringement for using this pic and just settle out of court for a set of deavers for you and me both!!

You guys should be looking into the leafs that everyone use's on the standard F1's that only run $700's retail!
And if that works then you can save $600 just by saying you have an F150 and not a Raptor when ordering the springs, then take that $600 and order bumps from Fox and still have $ left over

Deaver makes 04-08 F150 +4" springs for $745 plus u bolts. They are shorter than the Raptors springs and will not bolt in. The load rating, axle position, free height are all different.

The Deavers for the Raptor are not a large production run spring like the F150. They also have more material than the 04-08 F150 spring. For the $1325 you are paying for a quality spring made in the USA that is specific for the Raptor, it has a triple wrap front, 3" wide spring, 11 leaf pack, u bolts, bushings, and oem bolts that replace the factory ones you have to cut off.

I've installed the 2" dealers and removed the stock block and love the quality of them but it seems to have stiffened the ride a little while on the hwy. Anyone else noticed this after install?

When you first put them on they might feel a little stiff. (Being they have never had a load on them before) I would suggest using them offroad so the can cycle and break in. You should notice a big improvement after that. Another trick is to only tighten the spring bolts when the truck is on the ground.

Which deavers?

Thread revival. Getting Deaver leafs soon. I'm on mid-perch with stock suspension and icon bumpstops. I want to delete the rear spacer block. Which Deaver configuration would be best to keep the truck fairly level, stock height, +1 or +2?.
I searched the forum but came to no conclusion

The Deaver +2 removes the stock block and keeps the stock ride height.
