Anyone running Deaver HD leafs ?
I’m considering them but am concerned about the ride quality. Are they close to stock ride quality or harder or soft ?

I'm running the HD Deavers +2
I didn't notice a big change in ride stiffness over stock, the Deavers are softer ride to begin with being a progressive spring.

FYI the HD means they use one or two thicker leafs in the pack depending what your needs are.

MTF how does your truck sit? I just installed the Fox 3.0 shocks front and rear and am going to add the deaver HD’s. Want it to sit level. Should I go +2 or +3?

Thanks!

My truck sits level on stock shocks, fronts on mid perch and custom* Deavers +2

*Custom means I have two leafs that are thicker, regular HD only has one thicker.

+3HD deavers on 2019 here. I have the rpg rack with two spares and the svc bump stop kit. Front is stock. Back sits an inch higher and I feel the ride is way better than stock. Does not feel any stiffer with the weight I currently have in the back.

If you're not carrying extra weight in the rear, go with the +2HD if you want to ride level. If you carry weight gear in the back, go with the +3HD.

If you off-road the truck regularly, go with the +3HD. Progressive leaf springs will wear over time with use and lose their height and eventually need to be re-arched. So do keep that in mind as well.

Happy to answer additional questions or get you setup with a pair of springs.

probably if you have fox 3s you raised the front about 2” so deaver 2s may leave your back low, my deaver 2s are coming out because i’m too low at the back
