Glad that finally took care of you and did it the right way. Makes me wonder if you contacting Ford helped push this into motion.

Glad to hear you are up and running again. Makes me want to immediately check my lug nuts any time wheels have been removed!

crawl ur ass under the truck and take pics of the damage, then take pics of a new truck.

Heres my take (and I sued Nissan for a rattle and won 5 figures a few years ago).

You went in for service. You weren't in an accident (that had nothing to do with what they did). you went in for a tire rotation, left the dealer and the ******* wheel fell off. If it fell off and hit a kid on his bike and killed him, every news station in the world would be talking about it.

They need to make it look like it did before you took it in. The lower control arm may not be damaged, but its scratched... **** em. it needs to look like new, or you will get a 3rd party involved ASAP. ***Do not say/use lawyer, atty, sue, court, trial, etc....... they are smart enough to know what "3rd party" is.

At this point you need to be face to face with Service Mgr, General Mgr and owner (if he even works).

Keep in mind these are the same guys that **** you out of your trade, then put it up for sale $8,000 higher than what they gave you. Stick to your guns and tell them it needs to be like before you came in..... no exceptions..... or else.... (all delivered in a cool, calm voice). Screaming or making a scene only shows ignorance and immaturity.

(sorry, I wrote this before reading all the posts).... but anyway

Owning a Raptor for a year has been awesome. For any one who has had to part with thier truck for repair I feel your pain. Geting it back and driving it for a few days made all the ******** fade away! I cant imagine ever selling this truck. I want to thank everybody for thier support.:driver:

same shit happened to me when i went in for an oil change(first one 4,880 miles on the clock) they backed into another truck and bent my bumper into the bed of the truck.but they did fix it and paid for everything
It's funny that this time I didnt get the survey from Ford asking me how my recent experiance with the deaer went.Useualy that email is waiting for me when I get home.I should drop a dime and call Ford on the bastards.
