I have a strange issues with my 2018 Rappy. At highway speeds, at random times, I hear at brushing sound coming from the front passenger side which lasts a few seconds, leading up to a tump from the back. brush sounds....loud thump. It's so loud that I sounds like I ran over something.

I only noticed this on two longer trips, 200 miles+. Moreover, it occurs at random times, when at highway speeds. Sometimes several times an hour, and sometimes not.

I took my truck to the local Ford dealer, they could not find anything wrong. They told me it was likely the 4WD system, and that next time it happens I need to shift it into 4H and see if it goes away.

Not sure I can think that fast, and I'm assuming they told me to go away until it gets much worse.

Not sure what to do. Any thoughts, or simular experiences?

are you in 2h or 4a?

Try using 4a for a while and see if it occurs in that mode. if not, it may be IWE related.
