Have you done any work to truck recently? When was the last time you changed the plugs? Maybe swap coil packs from 1 to 4 and see if anything changes. What other mods do you have?
Sorry you are having issues. I hope its something simple!

Had similar problem on 2018. It was wiring harness to fuel injectors a $1200 part. Thank God for ESP as dealer would not cover under warranty even though below 50000 miles

My ’20 Lincoln 3.0TT reported in with p0300 / P0316 - Congratulations BTW, that’s an impressive number of DTC’s

Mine was fuel injectors - plural. In relevant part:
‘not all cylinders contributing to power balance’ -- this was interesting, the 3.0 MKZ will do low 5 seconds to 60 all day long and no that’s not seriously impressive, but that’s because it’s spinning all 4 tires like mad. i had no power complaints prior to this happening. Moving on:
‘hd9 no injectors not flowing correctly, no ignition system faults, no eval or vacuum concerns, no CKP or crankshaft concerns, ppt inconclusive, perform diagnostic, contact hotline, perform 2x overnight hot soak tests while visual inspecting cylinder walls and top of pistons after hot/cold soak. each time can visibly see fuel sitting on top of pistons. hotline directed to remove and install (new) fuel injectors and OTUP.’

you’ve got much more going on. probably going to need to look at harnesses / modules really closely and work back from there.

It was o-ring on both fuel injectors so they replaced both injectors under power train warranty. I’m thinking about buying extended warranty for $4500 for additional 75k miles…
