Alot of folks have been asking about this and we've finally perfected it enough to make it a kit. It can wired up as a running light or as a brake light depending on how you want to do it. It's as simple as popping off your old one and putting this one in place and wiring up to either brake or running lights. Drink a beer , smoke a cigar and enjoy.

You can have anything you want on it to say or image and in just about any color you want. I recommend a legal color ie RED but thats just me.

as long as the camera is clean then it's good, If it has alot of moisture or lets say during rainy times then it does have a bit of a red glow at the top. Fix, keep your camera clean.

Can you post a pic of the red Ford one, but not lit up?

Is the plastic actually red or are the LEDs red and the plastic is clear?

pretty easy actually. Just pop off the old emblem and take off the cover if you have one on the back of the bed with torques. Run your wire through the bottom and out one of the holes and run to either running light or license plate light. Tap your power and ground. Remove the 3m tape from back of emblem and set in place. Remember that you need to use pressure and heat for it to hold. (If you have a camera use gentle force or you can buckle the plastic on the OEM piece.) once in place you're done. You can either run power to the brake lights or running lights. I ran mine to the running lights.

it's actually clear white until illuminated. Once illuminated it is what ever color you chose.
