Texas folks,
I heard that they accidently wrote the fine out of the tickets associated with front license plates last year.
As in you can still be stopped and issued a citation, but there's no listed fines or fees because they failed to add it in when the bill was ratified. Since Texas state lawmakers only meet every other year, it should be that way for two years I should think.
I heard it on the radio (I live just a few miles outside of Texas) earlier this year and wondered if they did anything to fix the problem.
