I dunno about all this who-copied-who stuff though. That trophy truck in his own pic has a version of this bumper. And anyway, this design has been on TTs for years. Here's a shot of the Redbull TT from 2009 at the Baja 500.

BigJ - you're taking all the fun out of me giving the Outlaw Boys a hard time. I went into Outlaw a couple months ago and asked Connor about building me a custom bumper and I gave him some of my ideas. So far, no one has used my ideas. I know this single tube style bumper with a mud flap has been used not only with Trophy Trucks but other forms of off road and even Rally Cars have sported bumpers similar. It is a clean look if you wore a mustache in the 70's, I'm guessing. Ha Ha

I like it on this truck. Gives him a better approach angle, I bet 30 lbs lighter than the stock bumper and obviously he uses it in Baja for chase and maybe pre-running and it works as a light bar. Dual purpose - gotta love it!
