The holes that were drilled are under the weather stripping in the door for the alpine designs mounts, also the cleanest look I found is to run the wire down the side of the windshield in the groove going down the windshield and then under hood to the aux wires

Setup looks great cleave. I might end up going with this setup. I'm just not sure I need it lol. Let us know how it performs on the night run.

Sidetracked, will you guys be getting a 54" as well?

I'll take pictures of how my wire is going to be ran once I get home, I have a piece of tape holding the wire down for now but there won't be any tape once I'm done

You just need some kind of light adhesive to hold the wire into the groove, I'm thinking either hot glue or a few very small dots of super glue

We won't be able to get a 54" anytime soon. I will check though and see if that is a possibility. I just worked out a deal with my manufacturer and I'm going to be getting some radius 40" and 50" single row bars with 10W LEDs also.

Right on. Very interested in the single row. Would imagine it would help cut down wind noise and look sleeker/low profile.

heres a freebie out of the LEX playbook for you guys trying to run the wires for the 50", and not drilling holes, notice the 2 bolts at the bottom of the bracket, that is holding the piece is 1/2"x1/2" aluminum angle stock, that is powdercoated black, and we used as a channel to hide the wire running down the windshield, it then tucks under the black plastic cowl about 3/4" and directs the wires right into the engine bay, for a easy hookup. Very solid, very stealth, very clean.
