Looking for advice on this as I’ve searched but seem to come up empty.
I purchased a Ford CPO Blue Advantage Gold Certified from a Ford Dealer in Tennessee.
When my vehicle was entered in the FordPass app, the warranty portion reflects that it is Blue Certified instead of Gold. Obviously, this is a dramatically different than a Gold Certified.
I have the paperwork and contacted the dealer, they’ve acknowledged that it’s Gold certified and have said they have re-entered it as a Gold certified vehicle.
However, a month later, it’s still not updated in the app. I’m tired of nagging the dealer when they don’t seem willing or able to fix it.
My question is, how can I get this corrected? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
