Can't be cleaned up? Geeze, even Wal-Mart carries aerosol cans of engine cleaner.

The stuff they try to pull. We had my wife's Edge at the Ford dealership just a couple weeks ago. I couldn't get to the rear bank of spark plugs, so I had them change thowe three. They called and recommended a battery service. I asked what that meant. They wanted to charge $50 to put those chemical-soaked red and green felt pads on the battery terminals.

 Now that's a new one I haven't heard. I guess, technically, that IS a service! :Big Laugh: For $50 I'm assuming you got it done. I've just been wiping Bel-Ray waterproof bearing grease, that I always have anyway, on the terminals and it really works well. I had a marine tech tell me about that a long time ago and always had good luck with it.

Hell no, I didn't pay $50 for two felt doughnuts!
