Removed the tire, cleaned the caliper, no stones nothing
The sound is still there, could it be from the wastegate by any chance?

Yes it does, in all drive modes, in all terrains as wellAs mentioned, does it do it in 4A/4H?
Tried that, no sound, but I doubt that it reached that speed..Does it do it while 4H is engaged? Doesn't sound like a rock in a rotor. Sounds like it's more of a "rubberish" tone. Axle boot area? Maybe lift one side up off the ground and spin the tire (Kinda tuff to get that speed).
