Continuous squealing sound at low speeds!

Hello everyone.
Just today I noticed a weird sound, coming from the front end, not exactly sure which sided but sounds more on the the driver side.
The sound starts at speeds of 15km/h, it keeps going until i reach around 35km/h and it disappears!
Checked when the vehicle is stopped and revving to same RPMs when the sound occurs, but no sound!
Tried to shift to N while the sound is there and it did not go away.
Not associated with breaks and also the sound is there when my foot is either on or off the gas pedal.

Any clue of what could be causing it?

I had this once with my raptor. I powerwashed and cleaned each wheel and it went away. I believe it was from something stuck in the brakes/rotors.

Possible a rock stuck in caliper rubbing on rotor. Does it get faster with speed?
Possible jack it up and spin the tires to see if you can hear it.
I had a rock stuck behind a caliper on my jeep once. Sounded very similar and could not make it go away. Once I found it I had to take the wheel and the caliper off to get it out.

Yes it does get faster, but it is completely quiet below 15km/h and above 35km/h, I think if its a stone or so, the sound will be there even at lower/higher speeds
