Well, this Friday should yield some info. If we don’t hear anything, there is one more window in a month or so in mid-Aug to get a build date that will be a 21.

I just called them - very nice folks. Said my build date is Friday, 8/20 - My dealer told me week of 8/16 so essentially unchanged. Hopefully a Friday build is a good build!

Just called FP. My initial build week of July 26, and then build date of July 29, is now a build week of September 20. (Cue sad trombone sound.)

This would be in line with us that were scheduled for early august builds moved to 9/27
again i am becoming more convinced that these are placeholder weeks and they might i stress might be moving some orders up but maybe not as many like we had 12 truck in for build week of 8/9 they might move 4 back in but maybe not for that week. i just think that for those of us that had late july early aug builds i dont think that they pushed us to the back of the line and will build 8/16 orders . i think those will be moved also to oct and may get moved around. you dont schedule build weeks and actual build days then move them out 7 weeks and just keep going. we all know that there are trucks scheduled for this next week that are still on track. so they jsut are going build any the fist 2 weeks of aug? i dont buy it. i think again that some of us will be put back but maybe spread out.

Yeah, I would be more worries if there was something in common with the builds that all got pushed to 9/27, but they are all over the place.

i agree they maybe just pushing them off to reschedule agin next week once they figure out how many they can do. thats why i think more and more we could get moved back up just more spread out

Considering a lot of us were about 2 weeks away from our build week to only get pushed an extra 7 weeks with no explanation, rhythm or rhyme. Why would they even bother scheduling any of us next month if they knew ahead of time certain factors wouldn't be met with production (chips, bed liners, sensors etc.)
In my job if we run into a production issue and can't meet a scheduled delivery I know exactly what's the issue and how long we are pushing. I can usually back order material and still ship most of our product. I am sure it's different with trucks but I HAVE to believe they know how much material they are working with to complete an F150 and can plan ahead.. You can't tell me the "masters of production" are just willy nilly putting everything in a production schedule without some kind of foresight or plan.
