Stock fenders w/ hammered pinch welds. The rub a little bit on the liner on full compression but i don't think it's hitting the actual fender. And ever so slightly on the flare, I mean barely touching, which you can see in the picture, an 1/8" trim there would cure that.

They did pinch the IWE vacuum hose on both sides and rip them in half. My mechanic came up with a brilliant solution to fix those and then zip tied them out of the way.

I'm also planning to get new gears now because I don't like the power lag in the 2-3 shift with the 37s.

Interested in brilliant solution!

Corsa CAI
Corsa sport exhaust
SW LT headers
SVC Tune
Tuffy storage box filled with recovery gear

20% front tint 35% rear tint over factory tint
Custom LGE/CTS front bumper
37x12.5r17 Mickey Thompson Deegan 38s
6 6.7" VisionX Light Cannons
30" Bulldog LED light bar
SDHQ bedside stabilizers
R1 pads & rotors
SDHQ stainless brake lines
Smittbuilt roof rack
4.88 G2 gears
JLT Oil Catch Can

Future mods in a somewhat official/unofficial order:

2. Tire/bed rack - custom solution
3. Jack/Air compressor/Fire extinguisher
4. Rear bumper
5. Safety cage
6. Lowerance GPS

After that I am looking to completely redo my suspension. Not sure yet if I will go 4-link, cantilever, or bed cage in the rear yet. Either way there's going to be some serious mod/fab needed as I'm going to try and retain the factory bed sides + a somewhat usable bed. And also gain a couple of inches of uptravel in the process.

Also aiming for LT in front without extra track width. Hmmm.

Finally will come additional engine mods. Goal at this point is too gain as much additional HP & throttle response in a NA motor without getting too ridiculous on the wallet.

Wow, those are some lofty dreams some of which may not be possible. And we'll see how much this changes over the course of time. I can tell you I've already gone a completely different direction as I thought pre-ownership.

Open to any suggestions & advice along the way.

Love your truck. Do you have +2 springs? How do they hold up with weight in the bed? Any sag?

+2. They have sagged since day 1. I've been trying to work with RPG to get replacements. Told me they would send new ones and now they're not responding. Not happy after they promised replacements then stopped answering calls and emails. Wont do business with RPG again

I really like RPG's products and customer service. But when they sent my stage 2 it was thrown in a box, individual components clanging together and without instruction. The bottom fell out of the box and filled the UPS truck, the sidewalk in front of my store, the bed of my truck, the road on the way to my house, and my garage with packing peanuts that were also smashed up into small pieces. What a mess! I still need to install it. It looks straight forward but I'm waiting on a few tools to get here

This makes me lean towards deaver +3 or WSI. Seems like more and more issues are coming up with nationals from RPG that begin to sag well before they normally should. Love their products but wish they would spend some more time updating customers on the forum (who cannot call RPG during the day), updating their website with products that many of us do not have any info on and it sounds like general customer service however I have not yet experienced it firsthand.

I laughed quite hard at your misfortunate situation even though I'd be quite annoyed at the way RPG sent my products. They should consider packaging them like Apple when someone buys a $2000+ computer.
