Ummmm, I’m in NV ….lolLet's do some facts here! Colorado named the Big Horn Sheep it's state animal in 1961. Utah didn't name its state animal until 1971, which is the Rocky Mountain Elk. Utah's elk population is about 80,000 and Colorado's is about 250,000. So those Utah elk most likely wondered into Utah from Colorado's herds. So, who is stealing from who?
