8 million threads on what ceramic coating to use, which stubby antenna is best, etc.

But mention an intake and everyone loses their minds

It's usually the "Which Gen is better?" threads that go downhill fast, but this is going in that direction. The OP asked what the HP gains are on a K&N CAI, options have been made and K&N's Dyno has been provided, hopefully this will now die a slow death.

Now if I only knew where i could find a link to learn about KETO, my day would be complete.

Hopefully you are seeing a lot less of those now. Those SOB Spammers drop the same bombs everyday and they use new IP addresses each time. I wipe them up as soon as I see them or get a report.

CAI is more for the cool sounds, probably won't hurt performance but not a whole lot to be gained in stock configurations
