So Cal
would like to see dyno # for cobb stage 2 vs whipple stage 1

everyone jumping on the cobb bandwagon but not a single person that i have seen know how much power cobb ads

I’ve had Cobb before on my wrx....... quality stuff and good people to deal with. So i don’t really need any numbers. I know from experience that they make good stuff. There’s a reason why Cobb has a lot of loyalty from customers.

I was pretty excited when i heard they were going to make stuff for us raptor owners.

Same here. I had a ton of upgrades and COBB tunes on my WRX and from that experience I trust their R&D, products and customer support even without seeing dyno numbers. Also, from Subarus, GTRs, Porsches and EcoBoost Fords, Cobb specializes in turbo engines and pretty much stays in that lane. Nothing against Whipple, but I’ve always associated them with superchargers so between the two, I have a lot more faith in Cobb to tune my twin turbo Raptor.

Initial release will include AccessPort, CAI, and drop-in filter. Stage 1+ will be the CAI and AccessPort tuner. The CAI requires the AccessPort for tuning.

Official numbers will be released on Monday and products are not supposed to be available for purchase yet. Some retailers have jumped the gun according to my conversations with COBB yesterday.

For those who have been asked to be added to the list, we will be contacting you directly once items become available for order.

If the TCM programming comes with the tune or if we will need to purchase that separately. My hope is the TCM programming will be included as I know the truck would benefit from adjusted shift points and pressures with the power increase.

Tune will be all in one.

Add me to the list. Thanks!

Got you on it.

You can add me to the list also.

Would like more info on the stage 2 and stage 3 power packs when available. If there’s going to be a larger discount by getting the stage 2 or 3, as opposed to getting the stage 1 now and buying the additional parts later...... I’d rather wait.

Cjpony lists the stage 3 selling price of $3545 with msrp of $3964.99 without any details.

Got you on the list.

I want to see a dyno plot with stock pull and tuned pull. I think Cobb’s reputation for quality is known, but can they outdo the competition? This ain’t no Subaru.

agree 100%

just like any product from any vendor. if i am going to spend thousands on something to gain hp and tq would like to see dyno #s first

not saying cobb will not kick ass and maybe even more power then whipple but be nice to see the #s not just they have a great track

record and been doing turbo cars for years for only reason to buy it. just my 2 cents

Peddle Commander w/ the Cobb Tune?

Yay/nay?? I've read stories (here) either way with other tunes (Non-Cobb).

Or, will one really still compliment the other?

___________

I have a brand new Peddle Commander that I have not installed yet...

Thinking of selling since cause I cannot imagine I would still need/want it.

Yes, I realize the tune isn't even officially out yet.

phone.
