COBB tuning Raptor tune

Had Cobb tuning on my GTR. Zero issues and loved it!

Cobb tunes are on both of my GT-Rs and on my Porsche Turbo. They are a top notch bunch with excellent products and the best support in the industry. They don't release ANYTHING until it is perfect--so I am waiting patiently for the Raptor tune as I know it will be conservative (as in safe), but awesome. I have never had a glitch in the three cars above...never...but the Cobb AP/tune really woke them all up just the same.

I emailed cobb, I have a V3 access port for one of my cars and asked if i could mail it in and have it switched over.

Whats weird to me is the lack of open source tuning. Subaru people love cobb. Evo people cobb is not good enough.

I have always gone open source on for all my turbo cars, and just cant seem to find anyone that does that for fords.

While we have not released support for the Raptor (yet), we could use your current Accessport and complete a part number change for $150 + shipping. Since we have not released support, I am not sure what the cost of the AP for the Raptor will be so there may also be a difference of cost to go from the Evo X AP to the Raptor.

I recommend that you email us once we have released support and we can go ahead and take care of that change.

Just saw a post on one of the Raptor FB groups. Photo show a truck up on the rack at Cobb supposedly getting a FMIC and tune. I will post a link shortly.

I am not a representative but the guys at cobb that are working on the software are friends and customers of mine, they are also just around the corner from my office in ATX. A couple of weeks ago I bought a car from the lead engineer working on it and he confirmed that they are working on getting it ready before the end of the year.
