You can get a Protune for 91 but Cobb May come out with a 91 OTS map.

I have to make sure if I’m driving my Sube long distances, I am able to get 94 since I’m tuned for it. I do have a limp mode map just in case I can’t find 94.

The unit ships with a Stage 1 91 Octane OTS tune.

OTS Tuning options are:

Stage 0
Stage 1 (87 Octane)
Stage 1 (91 Octane)
Stage 1 (93 Octane)

No current plans to add ACN specific 91 maps. The standard 91 maps should work well on ACN fuel as they are slightly less aggressive than we would typically offer. With the Ford ECU's ability to add in timing, we are able to find a balance with base timing values where trucks running good quality fuel will see slightly more than advertised.

Is this ECU only or is there TCM changes as well?

At this time, ECU only.

Any idea if the intake does anything or is it only for sound really?

The box is fully sealed against mud, dirt, and debris and has 165% more filter area than OEM. It's also mandrel bent. This equates to a higher overall flow rate and more turbo sound.

Will be visiting Houston from CA the week after next. Any chance I may be able to pick a kit up in person?

Some handY tech guy . superimpose the MPT dyno plot and the Cobb plot. I’m not looking at peak numbers or anything silly being they are different dynos on different days. I want to have a side by side comparison of the shape of each curve.

I think at this point MPT and Cobb are going to extract relatively the same amount of power from the truck. I’m more interested in who makes the smoothest power over the widest RPM RANGE.
