Amazing , thank you! Is it possible for tuners to initiate port injection only for temporary valve cleaning purposes ? As in run a full tank on port injection every 3 months so the valves stay free of crispies .
This usually isn’t needed on a PI/DI vehicle. They run PI as well which keeps the valves cleaner than a DI only vehicle.

If you monitor the split you’ll see that it’s running on port injectors most of the time anyway. The DI rolls in under heavy load to help cool the intake charge for best power at high load. There’s no reason to change unless you have bigger port injectors, etc.
Hmm I thought it ran on DI most of the time with port injection only at very select times?

Nope, opposite. I do my own tuning and can show the data logs.
Can confirm. It only ran DI abput 30% of the time. My commute consists of about 15 miles highway the rest is suburbs. On highway when i hammer the throttle at 65 it actually added port injection which i found counter intuitive. Basically if you are staying out of boost its in port. Also its not a drastic switch it modulates the 2 to a given % its crazy how they figured out the math algo.

Well After 1-Day with the GOOSE TCM--Im highly impressed, I thought COBB TCM was all I needed but after Goose ECM tune---Figured I needed the whole package lol!!! Its just TONS better in all aspects---when driving, the trans is just ready to do what you want to do--hard to explain, its thinking before you are lol---Im glad I spend the little extra to "SEE" what its about and Im glad I did!!! You thinking about pressing the pedal to go--its already in the gear going hahahah!! crazy I say
