Is it normal to have the AFR values be different on the instrument cluster compared to the accessport?

AP is reading 14.5~14.7 and the instrument cluster is reading 11.3~12ish

What values are you watching, and when? In boost? And are the values that different at the exact same time?

At idle. Haven't checked it during any acceleration or WOT situations.

The Accessport will be correct. At idle Air-Fuel Ratio is ~14.7

ok, so the dash/instrument cluster is reporting wrong values? would this be from me running an e50 tune?

just did not expect the values to be that far apart from each other.

Yes, if you're on E50 it's from E50. Fueling set point is different to run/account for e50.
